Frame made in powder coated steel or brass (steel with brass surface). Marble or wood shelves to be inserted in the metal frame. Shelves in White Carrara, Black Marquina, Green Indio or Sand Travertino will exhibit natural variations in terms of colour, drawings and patterns characteristic for each type of marble. The backside of the shelves will have an unpolished surface. As for White Carrara, small cracks can sometimes be found on the polished surface. This phenomenon known as “taroli” is a natural characteristic of the stone, which cannot be eliminated completely.
